Online Courses at the TSIA Learning Centre
TSIA and the TSIA Learning Centre are being retired in 2025. New enrollments are not being accepted at this time.
Current enrolled students can continue to access their classes as usual.
TSIA Learning Centre Course Information
How long do I have access to my classes?
The course starts as soon as your payment is processed and you can finish it in your own time. It is a completely self-paced online course/lecture. You decide when you start and when you finish.
After enrolling, you have unlimited access to this course – across any and all devices you own – for as long as the course is available. This will be for at least a year after purchase.
Which currency are the courses priced in?
All courses and products are available for purchase only in USD due to frequent international currency fluctuations. Your bank will convert the payment to your local currency.
We cannot offer multiple currency options at this stage.
Why is sales tax added to some purchases?
Each country has different legally-required digital sales tax applied to courses. Payhip manages EU and UK taxes to reflect the legal digital sales tax laws of the country YOU reside in. You will be able to see how much sales tax is being added before completing your purchase.
Not all countries, and not all types of digital courses, require sales tax. It will be added to your purchase only where necessary.
What if I have questions about the course?
Please email us at admin@threadsketchinginaction.com and we will get back to you within office hours (M-F) Eastern Australian time.
Do you have a Refund Policy?
When you join this course, you’ll have immediate access to all the modules, lessons and resources. If you don’t feel as though your skills are improving, just reach out to me at admin@threadsketchinginaction.com within 14 days of purchase, show me you’ve attempted the work, and I’ll gladly give you a refund. For more information, please refer to the TSIA Learning Centre Refund Policy (Terms and Conditions).

General Information
I can’t find where to log into my course / I’ve lost my password.

For your security, we DO NOT record passwords. Please save your password securely.
I’m having problems with video playback.
All videos at TSIA Learning Centre are delivered from an external site. Occasionally, you may experience a short delay while the videos load.
There are a number of other reasons why videos may occasionally not play correctly. Please follow these guidelines to correct the problem:
- Refresh the page – something as simple as this can help
- Use a different web browser – I recommend using an updated version of Chrome or Firefox. If you are an Apple Mac user, then Safari usually works fine, but if not, switch over to Chrome.
- Use a fast, stable internet connection. All our videos are high quality HD videos. You may experience playback issues if your internet connection is slow.
- View videos on a computer, if possible, rather than a mobile device. If you are using a mobile device, try switching to a computer if you can.
- Clearing the cookies from your web browser can help in some situations, too.
- No sound? If you have no sound, make sure your computer is not muted.
